Even though it is a dry continent, every year Australia experiences flood events. These floods can cause severe damage and injury to communities and families. Your safety during these events is paramount. If at any point you require assistance, contact 000 or your state emergency service.
Preparing and planning for these events, as recommended by your state emergency service, can help reduce the damage to your property and may lessen the financial and emotional impact.

Dry out your home

- If water has entered through the roof, we may need to place dryers in your home, to help dry out the walls and flooring.
Next steps for a home insurance claim
