The system is located in a third-party data centre isolated from the rest of the Hollard network. Our cyber incident response plan has been activated and we are working closely with specialist cyber security experts to identify impacts. We have contacted our agency and broker partners with active claims in this system to explain the impact of this disruption and what we are doing to resolve this incident. If you have not received an email from us, no action is required. We have also notified the relevant regulators and will provide further updates as they become available.
