The Actuarial team is a central function within Hollard, responsible for the valuation of insurance liabilities and oversight of the Capital Adequacy Framework.
As a central function, they work closely with all Hollard business areas, covering the entire product range. They support the business by providing high level information on portfolio performance, assisting finance with completing statutory returns, and presenting valuation and capital outcomes to the Board.
The Actuary Team includes:

Our Commercial team is responsible for enhancing the profitability of our products & partners and driving responsible growth through our partners.
The Commercial team consists of
- Pricing & Analytics

The Finance team manages Hollard’s financial wellbeing and provides regular, timely and high-quality financial reporting to management, regulators, shareholders and other key stakeholders.

HR and Culture are responsible for all things employee related at Hollard including employee experience / culture, recruitment, learning and development, diversity and inclusion and operational business partner support.
They are also are responsible for all internal and most external facing communications with stakeholders.
Legal and Governance is a multi-disciplinary team comprised of Legal, Governance and ESG professionals.

Operations is the heart of Hollard. Our purpose is protecting what our customers value most and keeping them on the road, in their homes and in business. Operations is responsible for executing our customer strategy & experience. As well as driving performance of core insurance operations.
The Risk & Compliance team are accountable for all 2nd Line of Defense Risk Management duties for Hollard.
Risk & Compliance is operationally independent of business functions and, through the CRO, has a direct reporting line to the CEO and has unfettered access to the Board Risk Committee.

The multi-disciplinary technology team works closely with our customers (internal, partners & external).
