Hollard ramps up support for customers ahead of Tropical Cyclone Alfred

07 Mar 2025

In anticipation of Tropical Cyclone Alfred impacting South-East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, Hollard has increased its support resources to help assist impacted customers.

Claims Centre staffing has been increased, and home and motor suppliers are being closely managed to provide additional capacity to assist with the expected influx of claims.

Paige Vincent, Chief Operations Officer at Hollard, said the thoughts of everyone at Hollard will be with those in the impact zones over the coming days.

“Events such as these can leave a lasting impact that goes beyond the loss of homes or belongings. Our people will be doing their best to support customers as they experience a significantly stressful time, and we will continue to closely manage our resources and suppliers to provide the best possible assistance to customers when they are ready to lodge a claim.”

“As always, safety must come first, so please follow all emergency advice and make use of the resources from the NSW and QLD Governments, to assist you in the coming days.”
